A Zulu stabbing spear collected in rural Zululand, probably 50-20 years old, steel blade, 'telephone wire' binding (plastic covered copper wire - a popular source of decoration in the late twentieth century). Blade 12 ins, overall length 53 ins. Appears to have two (filled) small holes in the shaft from a previous mounting.
